The case view is where you handle a single tenant issue end to end. A case is the container Captured Knowledge builds from an incoming email: it pulls the communications about that issue, the property and tenant, and the linked ERP entities (tickets, work orders, damage reports) into one place, alongside the actions you take.
It's a prototype with sample data, so click around freely. Nothing can break. Answer as much or as little as you like (about 15 minutes), or tell us if you'd rather talk it through on a call.
Please answer these two questions before opening the prototype.
When a new tenant problem comes into Captured Knowledge as a case, what are the first two or three things you check before you act on it? A quick list is fine.
What's the most tedious or frustrating part of handling a case today, the thing you wish were faster or easier?
